Have you ever tried roasted garlic? It is absolutely yummy spread on sourdough with some olive oil!

i love roasted garlic. i love garlic anything. i grew up on the gulf of mexico so seafood was always freshly harvested the same day. Boy i miss that!
my parents used to fry the fish egg sacs they would get when they filleted the fresh fish ewww they would pop in the grease..yuck
