Penelope's puppies were born Thursday. One boy and One girl. In the past 3 days they have lost some weight. Is this normal in the first few days?

Day 1 - (Born) 4.0 ounces each

Day 2 - 3.9 ounces each

Day 3 - Today 3.5 ounces each
