Your dog will be fine when your at work and on vacation. Plenty of dogs stay alone while their owners are at work and in kennels while they are on vacation and they do just fine. I love Yorkie talk but the owners here do tend to be extreme in their opinions...no offense to anyone,but I think if you asked the average dog owner theres no doubt they would say your dog will be fine. No doubt, if there was another dog to keep him company, it would be better but if you cant afford it, you cant. I work full time and have always had dogs. I have never had to put my dogs in kennels for vacations, but usually leave them with friends, but if I had to I would. Please dont think I dont worry about my dogs...I think about them alot on vacation and if I owned a vacation home (ha, ha), I would always bring them with me. Otherwise its not practical and would definitely , make vacation alot harder to bring them, even if I could find a hotel that accepted dogs.. Right now, I have 3 of them and they are lots of work and high maintenance so I need a vacation from them. Good luck with your decision. |
