Forgot to mention...when you catch him peeing where you want and you give him a treat use whatever code word you are going to use later to get him to pee/poop on command. I tell Shelby to potty and she does, I give her a treat and say good potty.
Also....I forgot you mentioned you don't have an uncarpeted area. I had that problem too, wanted to put her pen in my room. I found a waterproof blanket at Costco, works great. It's supposed to be for picnics or camping. |
