Ok so I'm full of questions.....

How can you tell they are "marking" and not just "peeing" ?? I am SO not familiar with all these BOY things!!!! Rocco doesn't lift his leg yet (sure he is too young)

I also see boy dogs at the dog park that lift their leg to what I think is to "pee" and nothing comes out!! Their parents always say "he shoots blanks"!! What???? Is that what happens after they are fixed?? Sorry for all the questions!!
