Just curious, why are they unable to go near them? Is it because they can bring in bacteria from the outside? Wouldn't that also be the case with mom if she goes outside to take care of "business"?
Without me really knowing anything about your dogs and their personalities it is difficult to give accurate advise. The momma will most likely be very protective after her pups are born and she may attack one of the other dogs if they come near her or her babies. Some adult dogs may actually kill a puppy. If your dogs a very sweet and easy going then maybe you won't have a problem but why risk it. You said you have the momma, the sire and one other dog....what kind of dog is the other dog? If I were you I would put the momma in your room and the other dogs in the living room. The first week after the pups are born the mom will want to stay with them constantly and then as they get older she will slowly start spending more time away from them.
