I got mine yesterday, and I tried it right away.
The first thing is that the round file in there doesn't match up to the hole (using the smallest hole). If you put Chloe's toenail in it, her toenail actually will be above the filing thing--like it sits too low. I did circumvent that by pushing up the filing ring higher up on the thing (that's a good word isn't it?) it sits on. Did anyone else have to do this?
Do I need to post pictures--I have no idea what these parts are called. "Thing" is the word of the day.
