I also want to point out that there are two different Pet Plan companies. There is Pet Plan of Canada and Pet Plan USA, which is
Pet Insurance for Dogs and Cats from Petplan USA. It is the USA one that I researched and chose.
As far as claims, I haven't had to file any yet. They did exclude anything related to IDB for Daisy. Before I enrolled she'd been having a lot of digestive trouble as I switched to homemade food and was figuring it out. She doesn't have IDB, but because her file indicated that was a possibility, they won't cover any like that if it comes up again.
