Hi, my Paisley drooled so bad when teething. It was sooooo terrible!
Her little face would be soaked and also her paws. At first I was very upset and thought something was wrong with her. The vet said the same thing as your vet, she was teething. Paisley had a lot of pain and didn't want to eat either. I hope your baby feels better soon.
