Have you checked her food? Make sure there is no corn, wheat or soy, and no by-products. Corn, wheat and soy are known allergens and can really make their skin itchy. Check the ingredients on her treats too.
Also what are you shampooing with??
I know there are several brands out there that are available here but not sure in UK. Many of the doggie shampoos are too harsh and can dry out their skin. I would check with a show breeder to find out what they use in UK. I know a lot here use the Milky Sheen but not sure if it ships overseas.
