Since she is only 8 weeks old - she is a tiny baby and needs different nutrition than she is getting.
She should have proper , quality food and water available to her 24/7 - she is too young to be put on a feeding schedule as she can't hold enough food for energy to keep her through the night or even for several hours -
She needs a quality food and watching - this hypoglycemia can turn very ugly very quickly -
