Yes, it is a belly band, I put a maxi pad inside of it. Sorry I did not mean pee pad - this is very new to me as Blaze has never needed them. Nor has any of my other male dogs. But there is certainly a first for everything.
I will have to find some cute belly bands, the one I got him is just plain Black!
