Hi Everyone, I must say its great to be part of this Forum, ghee I am just sorry I didnt find this a long time ago!
I didnt update my baby's profile yet, but will soon. In short "Cheeky" is almost 1 yr old, at 6 weeks I got her the end of August '07 when I stopped working. Meaning that she is with Mamma almost the entire time. Now there is a possibility that I am going to start working again and I am very sad to leave her all by herself at home
I dont know what to do??? We've got 2 other dogs at the back of the yard, a full breed Rodveiler and a Shnauzer, but we really cant trust them with Cheeky, cause they were here before her and dont really appreciate sharing the attention. So I cant leave her with them during the day! I live in South Africa, in a small town, otherwise I would have started a "play group" for yorkies as a sideline bussiness
just for Cheeky, but I am afraid wont work here!
What do you guys think, is she going to just "fade away" when Mamma is gone the entire day? Or would she get use to it????
I also thought of maybe get Cheeky a sister, maybe that would be easier for her, if she has her own company??? The only thing is, when we go on summer vacation, the cost per dog in a Yorkie Motel is approx $10 per day now, so it would cost us approx $480 for the 2 of them for a holiday!
Ahhhh I just dont know what to do, maybe some of you were in the same sittuation than me before and give me a guideline?
