I saw this earlier today and it made me so sad. I read that one of the bystanders said they didn't approach because they didn't feel qualified to help him (I'm paraphrasing)
You aren't qualified so you didn't approach him??? How about go hold his hand and talk to him???!!!! It really is disgusting.
I hope those people never need a stranger to come to their aid.
