if someone tells me THEY have a teacup. i say.. oh that's nice.. if they ask if Layla is a tea cup (she is 6 lbs and people STILL ask if she is a teacup!) i say no.. there is no such thing.. it is a term that unresponsible breeders use to charge more for puppies who most of the time come with health complications. That usually shuts people right up
