I would say the southern states are warmer, so Southern California, Florida is nice, even in winter time
Yes, the Grand Canyon in Arizona is great! My sister used to live there when she was in medical school and we drove to the grand canyon, absolutely breath taking!!
Here in California, you can always visit San Francisco, close to where I live!
