My mom just back from the vets. She had an xray done on Lucy. There wasn't a bullet still in her neck. But there was a potential exit wound in her ear. He said that in order to go all the way through the neck it would have to of been .22 bullet. He said with the trajectory it would have had to hit the concrete then it to the underside of her neck. But with out a bullet it didn't make it conclusive a bullet wound. He said it could possibly of been a large bird. Or it also could of been another animal. Like her other dog, a rat terrier, they would like to play rough with each other. but he also pointed out her neck wasn't broken, which would have been likely.
In my heart of hearts I think it was the boy, why would the aunt lie to the police saying he wasn't there, when he was. And why would she of gotten rid of him right after the incident. But I guess it also clears him, kinda. I guess its just time to leave it. Thanks to all of you for your support. It really means alot. |
