Great information - thanks all! I will call around to groomers today to see how much it will cost just for ear trimming. I'm sure he's going to squirm... a LOT, so I may get a groomer to do it first time round.
When you say to: "massage the ears" - what part to do you mean? The whole ear or just the bottom half or just behind the ears? I read if you touch the tops too much they will never stand up.
