Mine were way out of wack at one time. My choles was 145 and trigl. was in the 500's. I cut out a lot of baked goods and really started on the fresh veggies and fruits. I love crescent rolls and pastries. Not that I lived off of them but would partake in stuff like that more than I should have. At any rate, my doc said that I needed to see a nutritionist if I didn't get that number down so I worked on it and 4 weeks later I had gotten it down considerably!!! Good luck with yours. |
