There's a lot of grass and tree pollen this time of year so that may well be the cause. I would never say don't go to the vet if you're worried but if she's o.k. most all day, it's likely the pollen. Any sinus or respiratory irritant can lead to a secondary infection so keep an eye out that it doesn't get worse. You may want to leave her in for a couple days to see if she improves. If so, she's probably sensitive to some type of pollen outside.
