Ok, I went for my general check up last week and the doctor sent me to get a blood work.
They got the results and the nurse called me this morning. My cholesterol is 177 my good cholesterol is 50 and my bad cholesterol is 68 all this is great as far as I know, but then I get my triglycerides and the number is pretty high, 295 when he normal is around 150!!!

I don't know what is going on. I eat very healthy and the reason why is because hubby's high cholesterol runs in the family and I don't want him to get HC, but apparently, I'm the one in trouble.
I'm not overweight at all and I walk every single day.
Hubby wants me to go for a second opinion.
I guess I'm confused because if everything else is great why the triglycerides are so high??
Does anyone have this problem?
