You know how you also posted in the other thread about the foot-chewing? Well, this GAS makes me think even MORE that there may be yeast. Because yeast is notorious for going crazy in the intestine - multiplying and causing digestive issues in the entire tract.
Certainly, it could be the food - but given she is so young - and therefore, should not yet have any allergies - you really should get this dog checked for yeast, SOON.
