Sorry about your little puppy. But sounds like you want to think about it before just taking the easy way out and giving up. I seen something on Animal Planet where they did a therapy where the dog couldn't walk and yet they put it in some warm water and the dog could move its legs like walking. You know sometimes its easier for us to do therapy in water. Give the taping some time and then maybe try that later if you decide to keep the puppy. I hope you do get a 2nd opinion. Not sure the first vet wants to try anything else.
