Puppies are different and also sometimes when the ears are up. They are teething and they will flop back down. Go and see all the info on ears on YT there are lots of info on that. But you need to shave them, tape them for 3 days and then see if they stand on there own. If not do it again for another 3 days. Keep on them they will finally come up. Others don't do anything. Just like children getting teeth and walking they all do it at different times.
