Our 15 week old puppy LOVES our 17 yr old cat, whose has been pretty good with her so far, I must say (I'm not sure if she wants to play with her or eat her, but considering the cat is more than double the dog's weight, it's kind of funny!). The two of them will sleep, touching on our bed, but if the cat moves suddenly, the dog will bark/chase. If the dog is in the house somewhere and spots the cat, she'll chase her - the cat runs, the dog barks, the cat hisses and the dog thinks it's all a very fun game! I've tried distracting and even scolding, but it seems that the poor cat is just too tempting a target!

Can someone tell me some successful dog/cat relationships, and how you fostered this?? Thanks,
