Another question (can you tell I'm new to this?!
): our little pup, Sadie Rose, about 15 weeks old, seems to chew her feet quite a bit, especially when she first wakes up in the morning, but off and on during the day, too. I mentioned it to the vet, who asked about her food (Wellness puppy), and then gave me some special shampoo for sensitive skin.
Is allergic/sensitive skin very common in Yorkies? If your Yorkie has sensitive/allergic skin, what are they allergic/sensitive to and what do you use for shampoo? Have you had success with shampoo alone, or did you have to adjust diet as well? Is Wellness Puppy food bad for allergic reactions??
