Thank-you so much for your replies. I was so worried about it that I took her to the vet today. Luckily the clicking seems to be coming from lower down her leg-so its not the knee cap clicking out and in-its seems she is double jointed! The vet said as long as she doesn't hold it up or seem in pain then there is no need to worry. The vet gave me some vitamins and minerals to give her as a suppliment as she has a fresh food diet (no tinned meat or dry kibble) and they will top her up on everything.
