 Update-- Got second opinion.
I took the little pup to another vet today. He looked at her little leg and said that her little knee was locked for some reason. He told me to do a bit of physical therapy on it 3 times a day. Just bend it back and forth, back and forth and it should get better. Last night she started walking on 3 legs. Just the right leg is all that she wasn't using correctly. So, maybe this is all it will take to get her better.
