The small dog run area is by 86th st and east end ave in the park. When you walk in the park it will be on your right as you walk all the way to the boardwalk.
Getting by car: You can park your car on the streets or even on york ave by the meters. On Sundays you dont feed the meter. There are no parking restrictions on Sundays. It might be packed though because it is Sunday but I think all of us would be able to find parking spots on nearest streets.
Nearest Trains & Buses:4, 5, 6 at 86th Street
I figured 1 pm is a good time because its not too early nor too late.

MY REVIEW OF CARL SCHURZ PARK.
Me and my boyfriend went today with Maxi to the park and he had a blast. It is a beautiful view by the water. There were like 6 dogs or so at the dog run and all of them were very sweet and friendly. We were there for 1 and 1/2 hours and after that we went to the pet friendly pub and had one beer. In one sentence I think it would be a perfect place to have a meetup.
