We have a girl that seems very similar to what you describe. Turns out she was born with twisted femurs. I listened to my vet and waited til she was 6 weeks to do x-rays. By then it was too late to use the taping method as the bones had hardened. We kept her and today she has a very good life. She doesn't walk correctly but gets around very well. She is actually one of my most delightful Yorkies!! Your pup is younger so you have a window of opportunity to try taping to correct her condition. Don't give up on her. You, or a vet, could try feeling her legs to see if the problem is skeletal or muscular but, in either case, I would give him a chance. Taping and therapy most likely will get some results even if it doesn't correct things 100%. Prayers and best wishes for your little one.
