The adult teeth usually push the baby teeth out, but sometimes they don't and they will end up with a double row of teeth.
Mia is 6.5 months and has pretty much lost all of her front teeth, I'm just waiting on the molars in the back. If they aren't out by her spay appt. in a few weeks, they will be pulled.
