It could also be that he has a tiny piece of poop stuck back there. Or if you just groomed that area he could be a little irritated. When in doubt you could always take a stool sample to the vet and see if its worms, or just bring him in to see if his anal glands need to be expressed.
Sorry, I didn't notice that you said you had him tested, my vet says sometimes its best to follow up on another testing in a week or so after the first, just to be on the safe side, because sometimes the first test wont show worms/worm eggs
