These sound like some great ideas to get you started!!

I have moved 9 times in 15 years. We moved into our current house three years ago and went from a center hall colonial in CT to a Italian theme in CA. When we moved in, I got rid of any thing we could live without and have slowly replaced items. For a year some rooms looked every empty!!

I also try and make any big purchases...every nutural and classic. So they can fit into any theme by just changing the "accessories". I try not to spend a lot of money on the accessories, because I know in a few years we will probably not want an italian theme.


I love your dark coffee table, end tables, lamps and the light in the entry!
