Matts... Lucy is a little over a year old and no matter what i do I can't control her from not forming these horrible matts. She's getting groomed on Saturday and I really don't want to have to have her shaved. So I wanted to tackle some of her matts myself. Normally, the groomer would be fine removing the matts, but Lucy is a handful to have groomed. And we usually try to make the experience as gentle as possible.
I have one of those combs that are used for removing matts, but what is the best way to tackle their removal. Any advice is welcome.
Also, any suggestions on how to keep her still during this process?
