I'd take the extra money you're making and redecorate
AND make new memories there with friends and loved ones. I hate to think of you and the pups in an apartment when you have a perfectly good house/yard
I know you're hurting, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you'd be hurting no matter where you're living----so why not stay put, ya know?
