Thanks for the suggestion. It's even that will be taking place during a BBQ during the workday. There are about 1700 employees both office and factory.
Yeah I've already thought of the raffle idea, and the dress down idea is good, but we really don't have a strict dress code at all. So I don't think that one would work.
I'm trying to plan things that can also be done during the 2nd and 3rd shift BBQ lunches which have less people and take place at different times.
