At work we have this 18-month campaign throughout the company devoted to a specific charity. Well I'm in charge of holding the Charity kick-off event for our site. And I was wondering if anyone had some cheap fundraising ideas that I might be able to do on this day. We have about 1700 employees on 3 shifts. And we are going to have a cook-out on the day.

My ideas so far are hold a raffle and sell tickets for $1 and raffle off various prizes (we have baseball tickets and some free company logo stuff that was donated).

Or hold a cornhole tournament and have teams buy in and offer the winning team some type of prize. (my boss doesn't really like this idea thinks it will be a logistical nightmare, since we have about 6 different buildings).

So I'm looking for some other fun fundraising ideas for work. We have both office and factory employees. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
