Easy way to get an answer would be to ask that breeder. They must have valid reasons for the varied pricing of their dogs.
It could be some of their dogs are older, some are perhaps show quality or pet quality. Maybe some will be for breeding... There's so many reasons for high and low pricing.
I'd be interested to hear their response if you ask them.
