Default Glad to hear he's eating

I'm glad to hear Bailey's eating now. A lot of rescues have problems with their teeth being so rotten from lack of care. Many of them lose many, if not all of their teeth. But if they are infected it can be so painful. It is the same for humans. I know this may sound weird, but I myself had an abcess tooth and the pain was unbearable. The dentist put me on antibiotics right away and by the following morning I was almost pain free. Funny how an infection can cause such trouble. Imagine how Bailey must have felt with more than one rotten tooth. I'm sure things will only look up once he recovers fully from the mouth surgery. If he loses a lot or all his teeth he will need to continue to eat soft food, so be sure and ask the vet what he/she suggests. Good Luck Bailey!!!
