A dog who gets on your bed and pees does so for one of three main reasons:

1. Your dog is marking and claiming your bed. (Girl dogs do this as well.)
or
2. Your dog is ill and has no other way of telling you.
0r
3. Your dog is about to go into heat and that will inrease urination. Check her to see if she is getting swollen in the female region (provided she is not spayed.), if so, this could be the cause of the bed wetting and can be resolved with a doggie diaper!

If your dog has a clean bill of health, you need to work on pack leader establishment. If she is marking/claiming your bed, she is telling you she rules the house and you are beneath her.

You may need to make some changes in your home (new rules for a while) to establish yourself as the leader and put an end to this behavior.
