Is it possible she thinks she's not supposed to go in the house period. So when she goes on her pee pee pads she thinks that she's done something wrong. IF she thinks she's done something wrong she might be trying to hide the evidence. Our little guy wee weed on a chair once and tried to lick it up before we noticed.
