I couldn't imagine giving mine up either, and feel badly for anyone that does, in those circumstances. However, as evidenced by the researched info regarding this particular ad, it is clearly not one placed by folks in this sort of circumstance, but rather folks that are very experienced at perpuating this sort of scam. If it were the type of situation you have described it would not be so pervasive. I don't think 'normal' people in a bad position of having to give up their dog would advertise so many places for one lone pup at 200 dollars.
