Every puppy is going to have something that can be picked upon but I don't think her length of back is enough to worry about. The beauty of this situation is that her weakness(length) comes attached to a strength (great top line.) If the flaw catches the eye only to refocus it on a strength.....not a bad thing. I'll take a level top with a little length over unlevel any day.

If you measure her from the base of her neck to the base of her tail. Then from the top of her shoulder to the table you will know if she's actually square or not and how far out she is.
