I think some of my orders did take a while, but then some of them came within a week. I remember getting the mail a couple of times and finding things that I forgot I ordered cause it had been a couple of weeks. I don't believe there was anything that was never sent though
I guess for the price you have to deal w/ a little longer wait, but it was always worth it. The jewelry was always as described
