i have the same problem with Kash. but right now the only "doubles" are his two front teeth on the top. his other ones are falling out fine on their own... i got him neutered a month ago, and his adult teeth hadn't started growing in yet, so i assume that's why my vet didn't pull the baby teeth. i seriously do not want to have to put him back under anesthesia again, so i'm doing everything i can think of to get those teeth to fall out on their own! lol. i felt them, and they are a little wiggly, so i'm hoping they come out soon.
i heard the everlasting treat ball works the teeth well. it's about $13 at petsmart.
