When I'm ready for my exercise, I lay out the carrier on the footstool. Latte jumps right up and waits for me to put it on her! I can take a brisk walk and then snap o her leash and put her down for sniffing. She definitely likes it. She looks around the whole time and apparently has a ball! I know the neighbors laugh at me (some ask "Is that a real dog?") but it's the best money I ever spent on her. It came with a darling visor, but we lost it. (Actually, I think my husband accidently threw it away.
