That was based on judging the
SITE and how it is ran, not the people. I would have to go with an 8 for people if we were polling that way
Unfortunately any public board will have them dumb ole trolls and troublemakers. It isn't a fault of the site, just ignorance of some peoplewho like to cause problems.
The YT admin and moderators keep up their end 24/7 and they do a wonderful job doing it! YT wouldn't be here without them
