I don't have a clue what those tests are (no kids and too old to have had them when I went to school), but it sounds crazy if he got perfect grades up to that test that he'd have to stay back. I'd be FURIOUS! And how sad for your son who worked so hard and now this. Poor kid. I don't get it, it doesn't seem fair at all.
