Ok i just talked to my mom, she said that it is obvious where the bullet came from- she was shot on her right side of her neck and bled out. there is blood everywhere she said. My Mom is going to call the animal control and raise some H***. My sis is on her way on a trip she can't back out of. So mom is going to do it. At least have them investigate a bit more, take a statement maybe some photos. Atleast then we can small claims them. I just want some justice.

Thats good that it sounds like the uncle is willing to help. It won't bring her back, but at least you guys have some help on where to go since the police refuse to do anything.
