Ellie has been anesthetized twice and did just fine with it.
When the vet has to pull teeth it is very involved but just a cleaning is quick and easy. Is your vet going to use OraVet? He will probably be tired when he comes home but just about back to normal the next day. |
HOw old is Ellie or was she/he when he had it done? What is OraVet?
What do you mean by protocols? I am using Banfield Pet hospital and they have always seemed expert at everything. Frankie had his last dental/neutering/hernia removal/ baby teeth extraction, when he was 1 1/2, and he was fine.
I know they do bloodwork first to make sure his blood levels are fine..
